Let's go Geocache

We received a new GPS Unit (Garmin GPSMap 60) for Christmas and with it, we have entered into a new hobby which combines all of our loves into one loveable expedition... combining hiking with history with scenic areas with birdwatching with Geography and treasure finding (who didn't want to find a treasure as a kid and aren't we doing that every day of our life?). It essentially gives an added reason to go for a hike.

With it you have Geocaching

What is it? Definition from Wikipedia

"Geocaching is an outdoor sport that involves the use of a Global Positioning System ("GPS") receiver to find a "geocache" (or "cache") placed anywhere in the world. A typical cache is a small, waterproof container containing a logbook and "treasure". Geocaching is a unique take on an earlier game called Letterboxing in that it uses two recent technologies, the GPS and theInternet. Participants are called geocachers. "
