Spill damage is overwhelming

Huge granite boulders, tree trunks and slimy mud carried by a ferocious wall of water last week have partially clogged the east fork of the Black River and destroyed the landscape of Johnson's Shut-Ins State Park.

The east fork of the Black River is now partially dammed by debris, creating a small lake that wasn't there before, he said.
