Spain's Socialist government to grant Human rights to Great Apes?

"Spain could soon become the first country in the world to give chimpanzees, gorillas, orangutans and other great apes some of the fundamental rights granted to human beings with a law being proposed by members of the ruling Socialist coalition."

It would be nice if they cared about ruthless African dictators, like Robert Mugabe. Guess they don't care about people, they care more about Apes. Oh yeah, abortion, I bet they would care more about forced ape abortions, than the forced abortions in China.

Look, I'm pro-wildlife, but I think its absolute silly to grant non-humans, human right protections. But what do you expect from neo-Marxist sympathizers?

And how do apes adjucate their own cases, will there be an Ape only World Court? And what about inter-group war crimes between Chimp groups. They're quite brutal you know. Will we hold the males accountable for Chimp war crimes?
