Jesus looked at them and said, "With man this is impossible, but with God all things are possible."
Matthew 19:26 (NIV)

"The man, described as a graduate student depressed about his grades, also claimed to have anthrax, police said. School officials said "possible bomb materials" were found when he was taken into custody."

To do what is right and just is more acceptable to the LORD than sacrifice.

Proverbs 21:3 (NIV)

This day I call heaven and earth as witnesses against you that I have set before you life and death, blessings and curses. Now choose life, so that you and your children may live.

Deuteronomy 30:19 (NIV)

Fatah is using a Baptist church as a "fort" in their battles....

"Christians in Gaza are asking believers around the world to pray for them. Palestinian Authority (PA) police of the Fatah party have seized the six-story Gaza Baptist Church building.
President of Open Doors USA Carl Moeller says, "They've taken it over as a military out-post in their gun battle with the Hamas. This situation is just terribly tragic because for so many Christians that remain in Gaza, this was their only bright light. This was their hope."

What a suprise? Just like using the Church of the Holy Sepulchre as a hiding place. Do they have any respect for Christian/Jewish Holy Places? Any at all?
Iran's Larijani sounds positively "Clintonian" with his statement on Israel.

Analyze this statement...

"That Iran is willing to threaten Israel is wrong," Larijani said. "We pose no threat and if we are conducting nuclear research and development we are no threat to Israel. We have no intention of aggression against any country."

Do you see where he sounds a lot like Clinton (only in his language ability), in that it's so legalezed....

"We pose no threat?"... to whom?

If, IF, IF... we are conducting nuclear "research and development" we are no threat to Israel.

"no INTENTION of aggression against any "COUNTRY"... case in point "COUNTRY"... the Iranian regime doesn't view Israel as a legit "Country".. so he lies while he opens his mouth.

But when they saw him walking on the lake, they thought he was a ghost. They cried out, because they all saw him and were terrified. Immediately he spoke to them and said, "Take courage! It is I. Don't be afraid."

Mark 6:49-50 (NIV)
A Major Shout Out to our Troops

Thank you for your service, you are indeed the best and brightest. Unlike WaPo reporters who call you "mercenaries"... WaPo reporters = unrepentant hippies.

Holy Cow... Hamas doesn't want "peace"?

Utterly Shocking....

"Officials from Hamas and Israel dashed hopes yesterday that a Palestinian unity deal reached in the Saudi holy city of Mecca would end a crippling economic embargo or lead to a resumption of Palestinian-Israeli peace talks.

"Our battle with the Israeli enemy is still on," Fathi Hamad, a Hamas leader in Gaza's Jebaliya refugee camp, told thousands of supporters."

"Nearly every man who develops an idea works at it up to the point where it looks impossible, and then gets discouraged. That's not the place to become discouraged."

A fool's lips bring him strife, and his mouth invites a beating.

Proverbs 18:6 (NIV)
Snow last night as seen from this morning's panorama of Piedmont as seen from Clark Mountain.
Iran-Daily prints emails advocating

the use of "any and all means necessary to search and destroy this most insidious enemy"... what is termed "International Jewry".. with on the same page mentioning the right of Iran to have Nuclear "Power"...

scary stuff...

King City native Roger Wehrli makes Hall of Fame

The Wildcat who went to school with my dad and is King City's pride is now in the Pro Football Hall of Fame. Great job Roger Wehrli. I recall, while in elementary school at King City noting the display showing Mr. Wehrli in his St. Louis Cardinal attire near the High School gym. Truly, America is a land of opportunity.

Nancy Pelois stares a hole in President Bush... Yikes!
